We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, create a goal map, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, and any content you provide. We also collect anonymous data about your usage of the Services to improve them.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
• Process your requests and generate AI-powered goal maps.
• Communicate with you about your account and our Services.
• Personalize your experience.
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities.

3. AI Processing and Data Usage

Our current third-party AI provider is Google (Gemini). When you use AI features, we send only the content needed to produce the response you requested.

Data sent for AI processing may include:

• Goal descriptions and related planning inputs you submit.
• Task titles, task descriptions, and phase titles used for AI-assisted task details.
• Supporting documents or text context you choose to provide for AI-assisted features.

We send this data only when you actively trigger an AI feature. In our iOS app, we request your permission before the first AI request is sent. If you decline, no AI request is sent. You can change this setting at any time in Settings > AI & Privacy.

We do not use your personal data to train our own AI models. Third-party AI providers process data according to their terms and privacy policies.

4. Analytics and User Experience

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. 5. Google User Data and Limited Use

Our Service's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically regarding your Google Calendar data:

• Strict Usage: We access your Google Calendar data strictly to provide the "Auto-Scheduling" feature. This allows us to read your existing events to identify free time slots and to write the new tasks you explicitly approve to your calendar. We do not use this data for any other purpose, such as advertising or retraining generalized AI models.
• No Transfer: We do not transfer or share your Google user data with third parties for advertising, data brokering, or any other commercial purposes. Data is only transferred to our service providers (such as our database and AI processing partners) as strictly necessary to provide the app's functionality.
• No Human Access: No humans read your Google Calendar data unless we have obtained your affirmative agreement for specific messages (for example, for technical support) or it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law.

6. Information Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

• With your consent (e.g., when you connect with a mentor).
• With Google (Gemini) when you request AI-generated features, as described in Section 3.
• With service providers who need access to the information to perform services for us (like AI providers or hosting services).
• To comply with a legal obligation or to protect our rights.

SMS Privacy: Goalbadger, Inc. does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers that support the delivery of SMS services, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, or customer support vendors. This information is used solely to provide and operate the messaging service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
